Home Sweet Home  We live in San Ramon, a city about 30 miles east of San Francisco with beautiful parks, cycling trails, and open space preserves. Our comfortable home is in a family-friendly neighborhood, just a short walk from excellent schools, sports fields, a community pool and our local library. We can walk to our local library for children’s storytime and enjoy splashing in the pool on hot summer days. Our family hosts an annual Fourth of July party that has become a neighborhood favorite! Friends and neighbors spend the afternoon eating and socializing, and once evening falls we all hike up the hill to watch San Ramon's spectacular fireworks display from the hills above our home. We also enjoy many of the great activities that nearby San Francisco has to offer. From the sea otters that hang out off of Pier 39 to the Exploratorim to the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park, there are tons of fun outings for families and kids. We’ve already shared some of these treasured experiences with Julianna and look forward to sharing them with another child, too! |
